Performances of note include Warner Brother's movie "GRUMPIER OLD MEN". The Oktoberfest Band (Wally Olson and Company) played "Liars Polka" and the "Chicken Dance", as well as the background music for the movie's out-takes.

The movie's premier showing was at the Historic State Theater. The band played as the celebrities arrived. The largest crowd to hear the Wally Olson Band perform was the 64,000 attendees at the Metrodome in Minneapolis. The Minnesota Vikings beat the Green Bay Packers the day the Wally Olson Band entertained!!!

The band has played ballrooms, nightclubs, weddings, private parties, concerts, street dances...you name it. Over 50 years of making memories! Wally sez..."There's No Business Like Show Business"
